Are you serving as a voting delegate to the 39th National Convention?

To ensure your credentials are in order, be sure to follow the steps below prior to May 15, 2012:

Collegians: Chapters and colonies that are not on Probation are eligible to a vote at the National Convention. The biggest obstacle to collegiate eligibility tends to be financial issues. Ensure the Chapter Treasurer is regularly viewing the Chapter Statement through the Officer Portal Chapter Dashboard and promptly paying any invoices. Chapters wishing to vote at Convention may not have any past-due balances on their account which includes Convention Registration Fees.

Alumnae: Alumnae Dues must be paid by each alumna wishing to attend Convention. Invoices were mailed with the most recent issue of The Anchor. Online payment may be submitted here: http://store.alphasigmatau.org/ Feel free to mail your Alumnae Dues to the Headquarters for processing if that is your preference. (Alumnae Dues are due by June 1, 2012)
